The aim of the project is to involve as many
participants as possible in its various

In working with educators, the project aims to
transform learning environments globally and
make the hubs of education and leadership on
the SDGs, ultimately empowering young
people/young refugees to prioritize
sustainable development in their lifestyles,
behaviors, education, and professional
careers. There will be offline and onsite
activities combined with training, study visits,
local activities, workshops related to creative
writing, presentations, drama, infographics,
and comic strips.

The travel expenses will be reimbursed according to the
travel limits defined by the Erasmus+ Programme
(Distance Calculator).
Accommodation, travel, and food will be covered by the
program. Most importantly, travel costs will be
reimbursed approximately 2 months after the
submission of all the original travel documents.
Reimbursements will be done through bank transfer so
as to assure the travel documents like boarding passes,
bus, and train tickets. Keep all of them: original and
photo! Please remember that taxi and business class
flight tickets will not be reimbursed, what the travel cost
includes is:
-Economic class flight tickets -Train tickets -Bus tickets
Detailed instructions for reimbursement will be explained
during the activity.
All tickets must be confirmed by the coordinator,
especially your return tickets, if not booked before the
project; they must be purchased in consultation with the
coordinator.
In case of ignoring this rule, the organizer reserves the
right not to grant a refund of travel expenses.
